Project Description: Managing online presence is now an essential business practice. This includes monitoring and responding to reviews that are posted on social media websites such as Yelp and Trip Advisor. Online reviews create awareness of a business and when handled well, enhance customer loyalty. This fact sheet focuses on managing negative reviews, which research indicates are more influential than positive reviews. Included are broad research-based guidelines on how to respond to negative reviews.
