Cook County EDA Business Park Marketing Strategy

Project Description: The Grand Marias/Cook County EDA requested assistance from the EDA Center to develop an analysis and marketing plan for their Cedar Grove Business Park.
EDA Center Involvement: The EDA Center will conduct and environmental scan and review past marketing practices in the development of a plan.
Deliverables: A report delineating the findings and the plan will be presented to the EDA staff and Board of Directors.
