Project Description: The Grand Marias/Cook County EDA requested assistance from the EDA Center to conduct a 10-year assessment and organizational evaluation of their local efforts.
EDA Center Involvement: The EDA Center will review past records and economic development projects; conduct local interviews and evaluate the work and effectiveness of the local EDA.
Deliverables: A report delineating the findings will be presented to the EDA Board of Directors, the Cook County Commission and the Grand Marais City Council.
